At VibeUp Studio, all our products are made to order and carefully inspected before shipment. We currently do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or color preferences. Please double-check your order details before checking out. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7days of delivery at info@vibeupstudio.com with photo and description. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Thank you for your understanding and support of our made-to-order business model.
